Below are featured some of our own products that we
manufacture for swimming pools and spas. These are just a few of the
specialty items that we manufacture to either replace defunct items or to
add to our inventory items that will give longer and better lasting
service over the standard equipment available. Many are items requested
from various customers, so, if you have something in mind that you feel
would benefit your operation, just drop us a line. Who knows!, we may
already make it. Scroll down to see an item description.

If you want to replace any of your skimmer lids that
are cracked or broken and want one that will stand the test of time
and traffic, try one of our bronze replacements. |
|
If you have several skimmer lids you have to remove
for cleaning, vacuuming etc., you will find this locking lid useful.
Made from heavy UHMW plastic it locks and unlocks with a quick twist
of an allem wrench, no more lost screws. |

Just a bottom view of the locking mechanism. |

Stainless Steel replacements for floor inlets. If
yours are in a high traffic area and break frequently, install these
for a permenant fix. They also come with extended threads to reach
further into the floor fitting when the standard fitting threads no
longer reach past the worn out threads. |

Some of you may have attempted to tighten or loosen
the interior bulkhead fittings on a TR style filter so you will
appreciate this swivel wrench. It reaches in and swivels for a good
tight fit on the fitting making your job much easier. |

Removing or replacing an HRV under 10 feet of water,
in the bottom of a small main drain can be quite a challenge as you
may already know. Not with this wrench. It fits snugly over the valve
and extends far enough out of the main drain pot to allow you to use a
bar or wrench if needed. |
|
Another job that can prove difficult is tightening
or loosening an IFC retaining ring. As you can see it is a mini
version of the aluminum HRV wrench and makes the task a snap. |
 |
 |
Don't want to remove that Dial Valve to get a wrench
on that TA filter adapter? This split wrench is the answer. Undo the
retainers, put in place and redo the retainers, no plumbing to redo in
order to work on the flange. |
|
We also carry a variety of threaded plugs for
various uses. Their flat profile makes them quite handy in many
situations also. |
 |
 |
Of course we had to make a wrench to suit our plugs
and you can see they will allow easy installation and removal. |
|
Here is a handy Vac fitting. The plastic insert
(which actually protrudes out of the other end) swivels inside the
brass retainer for easy installation and removal of your Vac hose. |
 |
 |
Hot water and chemistry can work on your Spa jets
retaining ring and eventually you may have a problem with the jet
eyeball itself blowing out. Not so with our delrin retainers, or for a
real eye-catcher our stainless steel ones. |
|
Quite adaptable for many installations are our gauge
panels. This one is not labled yet but they all come with high quality
liquid filled influent / effluent guages |
 |
 |
When you require current collectors, these are very
nice, and quite inexpensive compared to others. A stainless steel
sleeve is held inside by 2 electrical connectors for strength and
stablilty. A simply glue connection for installation also saves the
cost of flanges and gaskets. |
|
Deck drains are quite often in a high traffic area
and can tend to get cracked and broken. Instead of stocking up on
piles of plastic replacements try these stainless steel cover
replacements. With orders of 24 or more we can also have lettering of
your choice laser etched into them. |
 |
 |
Flat top main drain grates are a concern in many
instances. For that reason we manufacture convex top grate
replacements. You can see the raised centre on the one pictured here. |
|
Pole hooks, Lifering hooks, PFD hooks etc. are a few
more items our customers have asked for and you can see a few pictured
here. Made from Stainless Steel they are both strong and attractive. |
 |
 |
Here is an example of a replacement hub for the
Lateral Assembly on a Sand Filter. After recieving several requests
for replacement hubs on filters that seemed to be failing prematurely,
we went ahead and started to manufacture hubs that were much stronger. |
|
With the addition of these Converter Flanges to our
line-up, installing a liner into a concrete pool will be much easier.
Simply attach the back flange around the existing fitting, drop the
liner, screw on the face flange and then cut out for the opening.
Shown are Light, Main Drain, Skimmer and Return Flanges. |

Shown here is an IDS 9" Main Drain body. There
are 2 x 4" ports that accept 4" PVC pipe and a 2"
threaded port on the bottom to accept an HRV setup and/or 2"
fittings. These are also available in 12" c/w dual 6" side
ports. |
